Edit firmware artwork and use desktop tools

NFirmwareEditor edits images, strings and patches in supported legacy firmware. Its Windows toolbox includes a firmware updater, monitoring and screenshot tools. Monitoring depends on compatible ArcticFox or myevic firmware; ArcticFox configuration is a separate feature. This public release is old, and the NFE team has closed; confirm dependencies and device support before use.
