AppExport Apple Health records or sync to your database
PulsHealth exports selected Apple Health records as CSV, JSON or JSONL and can sync them to a database you host. The free app exports the latest 30 days and syncs up to five data types for that period; Pro adds all available history and unlimited sync types.
Self-hosting does not remove those app limits. The optional server backend is pre-release, and background delivery still depends on iOS permissions and Watch-to-phone sync.
