PostureFix
AppGet a reminder when your head drops while working
PostureFix reads AirPods head pitch through macOS Core Motion and compares it with a seated baseline you calibrate. It can play a sound, speak a cue or show a notification when the angle stays past your threshold.
Install it on macOS 14 or newer and allow Motion and Notifications. Its angle-based reminders are configurable, and its session history stays on the Mac.
- Use head movement and sensors in other apps
- Spoken and sound reminders
- Seven-day local history
- Configurable hold time and cooldown
