Command lineBuild offline HRV reports from H10 recordings
polarmed reads recorded H10 RR and ECG files and builds an offline HTML report with HRV calculations. Its pipeline compares configured baseline and chanting periods and records data-quality warnings.
Use Python 3.11 and files matching the documented folder and column format. The timing assumptions are specific to the study protocol and must be checked for another owner's recordings. This is a study-specific analysis tool, not a general ECG recorder or validated assessment.
