Command lineLog H10 beat intervals for local HRV analysis
Polar H10 HRV records heart rate and every received RR interval directly over Bluetooth to CSV. Python provides live plots and feedback, with separate MATLAB scripts for offline analysis.
Install the documented Python dependencies on your computer and select a recording duration if needed. MATLAB is optional for recording, and the README's MIT statement is not backed by an actual license grant file. The source is public, but no clear reuse license is provided.
