MCP serverAsk an AI about your Flow history
Polar MCP lets an AI assistant read your available Flow history through official Dynamic API v4. It provides structured activity, sleep and recovery data, with route redaction by default.
Install Node.js and authorize your Polar application. An open pull request reports account-cache isolation problems, so use separate installations for separate accounts.
