DashboardYour Polar training in a dashboard you host
Polar Flow Server collects training, activity and recovery data through Polar’s AccessLink API. It gives you a web dashboard and an MCP connection for an AI assistant.
You need a Polar account, your own registered AccessLink application and a Docker host with PostgreSQL. It stores the records the API makes available, so it cannot promise to recover your entire past history.
