Self-hostedPut Watch readings alongside your medical records
OwnChart stores Apple Health readings beside reports, notes and other personal records on your own server. Its iPhone companion sends permitted HealthKit data to the server, where you can view it and ask questions through a configured AI provider.
The project is beta software and uses a separate TestFlight companion on the iPhone. The documented deployment needs Linux, Docker Compose, 4 GB of memory and an HTTPS endpoint. The code is available for noncommercial use under PolyForm Noncommercial; AI features need separately configured provider access.
