DashboardKeep Watch readings in Postgres and Grafana
Life Dashboard Stack receives signed Apple Health records from the Life Dashboard iPhone app and stores them in PostgreSQL. It supplies six Grafana dashboards, a read-only API and optional MCP tools for asking an AI assistant about the stored history.
You need Docker or Podman and a phone that can reach the server. The required iPhone app is a one-time App Store purchase or a source build using a paid Apple Developer membership; no vendor relay is required.
