MCP serverAsk an AI assistant about your Oura history
Oura MCP connects an AI assistant to Oura's official API through six tools for querying and comparing your records. It follows pagination and returns data from the available Oura collections.
You need an MCP-compatible client, your own OAuth application and an active membership for Gen3 or later. Its default sample-data mode must be disabled before it can answer questions about your own readings.
