OpenQuestTuner
AppSave your own headset performance profiles
OpenQuestTuner stores profiles for render size, refresh rate, CPU/GPU levels and fixed foveation, then applies them through a headset-local ADB connection. The project records hardware tests on Quest 3 with Horizon build 207; its other Quest models remain experimental.
Build the APK from source and authorize its ADB key using a computer during setup. Profiles change global headset properties and stay in effect until reset or reboot, including after the selected game closes.
