Control TV buttons, text entry and playback through openHAB, software for running your home automations. The Google route pairs with a TV running both the Google TV app and Android TV Remote Service.

Google reports the current app and volume; app launching is available through supported Philips or Shield connections. Compatible Philips Android TVs can also expose direct volume, inputs, picture settings and Ambilight. Choose the Philips connection for its supported API, and check wake and available controls on your exact TV.
