AirPods for Omarchy
Plug-inAirPods controls in the Omarchy desktop bar
This plugin adds per-bud battery, supported listening modes and ear-detection settings to Omarchy, a Linux desktop distribution. Its bundled daemon reads the AirPods over Bluetooth and writes local status for the panel.
Run the plugin's setup to build its modified daemon; a stock LibrePods package does not provide the required status interface. The author owns AirPods Pro 3, while other model layouts are demonstrated with simulated status files.
- See earbud and case battery levels
- Change listening modes without an iPhone
- Pause audio when you remove an earbud
- Adaptive noise-level control
- Model-specific Omarchy panel
