OBD-II MCP Server lets an AI application read live OBD-II values, stored codes, readiness and session samples through a local adapter. It also offers VIN decoding and recall lookups through NHTSA services.
Run the Python MCP server locally and connect a compatible AI host. The author’s verified path is a Wi-Fi ELM327 on a 2015 Ford F-150; Classic Bluetooth and other paths have less physical evidence, and code clearing requires separate confirmation.
