Connect your Nuki lock to MQTT with an ESP32
Nuki Hub runs on an ESP32 and connects a supported Nuki lock or Opener over Bluetooth to an MQTT server on your network. Home Assistant can discover its lock state and controls, allowing local automations without a Nuki Bridge.
You need a supported ESP32, power, Bluetooth range and an MQTT broker. Flash the correct build for your board, pair with your own lock, and secure the MQTT and web interfaces. This adds another authorized lock controller; test manual access before relying on automations.
