Command lineBack up your WHOOP history automatically
MyWhoop signs in to your WHOOP account through the official developer API and saves your records on a schedule as JSON, Excel or SQLite, with optional upload to S3 and notifications. It runs as a single program or in Docker.
Because it reads from WHOOP's cloud, new data needs an active membership, but the copies it saves stay yours after you cancel. Some calls still use WHOOP's older v1 API, which WHOOP no longer supports.
