AppRemap MX mouse buttons without Options+
Mouser is a small local app that remaps the buttons of Logitech HID++ mice, mainly the MX Master and MX Anywhere families. It can remap the middle, gesture, back, forward and horizontal-scroll buttons, switch profiles per application, record custom shortcuts, set DPI and toggle SmartShift. Settings are a JSON file on your computer, with no telemetry and no Logitech account.
It works over Bluetooth and Logi Bolt on Windows, macOS and Linux, from a downloadable zip. Quit Logi Options+ first, grant Accessibility on macOS, and on Linux run the bundled permissions script.
Other Logitech mice are detected on a best-effort basis with a generic layout; Unifying receivers are not listed.
