Plug-inConnect your own band apps to phone services
Mi Wear Bridge adds a hidden developer menu and an app-to-phone messaging bridge to Mi Fitness on rooted Android. It can install watch apps, faces and firmware, expose the pairing key, and let your own watch apps exchange messages with a phone companion.
It requires LSPosed, an Android framework for modifying apps, plus Mi Fitness and matching signing keys for the watch and phone apps. The author's Smart Band 8 Pro example uses the bridge to control Home Assistant, a home automation server. These hooks depend on Mi Fitness internals and are described as a personal research project. The source is public, but no reuse license is declared.
