AppBuild a watchface around the readings you want
Mi Create is a visual editor for watchface layouts, images and displayed readings. It creates local projects with a preview and always-on display layout, then calls a separate compiler to produce the band package.
Windows has an installer; Linux needs a source build and Wine for compilation. The editor is open source but its bundled compiler is proprietary, and the macOS compile path is not implemented.
