MCP serverQuery Mi Fitness from a terminal or AI assistant
mifit signs into your own Xiaomi account by QR code and reads Mi Fitness cloud history. Its command-line tools export JSON, and its MCP server lets a compatible AI assistant query steps, heart rate, sleep and workouts.
You need Python 3.12 or newer and records already synced by Mi Fitness. The author checked one China-region account; other regions and individual band models are unverified, and workout-file retrieval currently accepts China FDS hosts. Detailed workout samples cover outdoor runs and rides; other sports may provide only summaries.
