Better Mi Fitness Sync
AppSync more Mi Fitness records to health apps
Better Mi Fitness Sync reads the records already uploaded to Xiaomi's Mi Fitness cloud and writes them to Health Connect on Android or Apple Health on iPhone. It supports activity, heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen, weight and workouts with routes where the source records contain them.
Keep Mi Fitness connected to the band so new readings reach Xiaomi's cloud. Android has an APK, while the iPhone path requires a signed or sideloaded build and the developer setup described by the project. Owners report useful transfers, but sleep synchronization and workout-day step totals have open reports.
