Mi Band Telegram Bot
Self-hostedRead health summaries and exports in Telegram
This self-hosted Telegram bot reads Mi Fitness cloud history into local SQLite files. It sends daily or weekly summaries and returns CSV or ZIP exports in your private bot chat.
You need Docker, a Telegram bot token and a Xiaomi account. The inspected client hardcodes Xiaomi's Russia-region health host, and health summaries sent to Telegram leave your server.
- Keep a usable copy of your history
- Scheduled summaries and weekly reports
- Private-chat export commands
