MCP serverGive an AI a read-only nightly sleep summary
mcp-eightsleep reads Eight Sleep's private cloud API and turns one night's sleep data into a short text report. It includes available sleep stages, scores, heart rate, HRV, breathing rate and temperatures, with optional summaries of earlier nights.
You need Python and an AI app that supports MCP, plus your Eight Sleep email and password. It has no temperature or alarm controls and stores no readings on disk. Queried sleep data is shared with the connected AI app. Access without a paid plan and generation-specific compatibility are unknown.
