Plug-inUse Mercedes data and controls in Home Assistant
Bring your Mercedes into Home Assistant, a home automation server you run yourself. The integration reads charge, range, fuel, location and vehicle status through the private API used by the Mercedes-Benz app, and exposes supported climate, charging and door controls. Home Assistant can record incoming readings and use them in automations.
You need a linked Mercedes account and the car services required by each feature; paid Digital Extras may be needed after a trial, while some basic status services are included. China login is blocked by a CAPTCHA, North American support starts with 2019 cars, and smart data is unavailable. The cloud connection remains necessary, and commands and readings differ between cars and infotainment generations.
