Plug-inNewer laundry status and faults in Home Assistant
Brings newer Maytag and Whirlpool-family laundry status into Home Assistant, a hub for home automations, through Whirlpool’s AWS cloud. It exposes cycles, doors and appliance status, with fuller sensor sets for the Maytag MTW7205RR0 washer and MGD7205RR0 dryer.
You need a supported newer appliance in a US-region brand account. This integration is read-only, and an owner report identifies incorrect remaining-time values and fault descriptions.
This is a separate route for newer AWS Thing Shadow laundry; it does not discover the legacy REST appliances handled by Home Assistant core.
