DashboardKeep trips and charging history on your server
LightningROD records Ford EV trips, charging sessions and battery readings on your own server. Version 0.6.0 reads FordConnect Query, Ford’s official consent-based API, directly; Home Assistant, a home automation server, is an optional second source. It shows charging costs, efficiency and capacity trends.
You need Docker and your own Ford developer application. The direct connection has been tested in North America; regional availability and reported readings vary, and Ford may require renewed consent. Developer API pricing was not established from a public price list; its battery degradation figure is an estimate from reported capacity, not a battery test.
