Save nightly Pod readings as local JSON

LifeOS HealthSync reads the Pod's sleep history from Eight Sleep's private cloud API. It saves daily JSON files with sleep score, duration and bed temperature where available, plus the full response for each day.

Run it from a LifeOS checkout with Bun, your Eight Sleep login and the app’s OAuth client credentials. Each pull requests a seven-day window, so building a longer archive needs repeated runs. It still depends on Eight Sleep's cloud, and use without Autopilot is unknown. Password-based sign-in is required; an SSO-only account is not covered.
