Life Dashboard Companion
AppSend watch history to your home server
Life Dashboard Companion sends records from Android Health Connect to Home Assistant, MQTT or a webhook. Samsung Health and Google Health can supply readings from supported watches and trackers, with history, source labels, edits and deletions.
Install the Android app and configure a destination. Only shared record types reach it, after the source app syncs. Health Connect needs Android 9+; the Google Health route needs Android 11+, and Pixel Watch 5 pairing needs Android 12+. It is a phone app, not a watch companion or direct sensor reader.
