Leo Health Core
DashboardExplore your WHOOP export on your own computer
Leo Health Core loads your WHOOP data export and your Apple Health export into a SQLite database on your computer and shows them on a local dashboard. It never goes online, so it works without a membership for exports you already have.
It reads blood oxygen, but breathing rate and sleep consistency from the WHOOP export are still open requests. It runs with Python or Docker.
- Keep your own copy of your history
- Your Apple Health data in the same database
- A local dashboard
