FirmwareKlipper on Ender-3, V2 and S1 boards
Klipper is 3D printer firmware that runs its planning on a Raspberry Pi or similar computer and uses the printer's board only to drive motors and heaters. Its repo has sample configs for the Ender-3, Ender-3 Pro, Ender-3 V2, V2 Neo, S1 and S1 Plus, plus other Creality printers such as the CR-10 and Ender-5.
You build the firmware for your board with make menuconfig, flash it from an SD card and connect the board to the host by USB. Web interfaces such as Fluidd and Mainsail are separate installs. The repo has no sample config for the Ender-3 V3 SE, and Creality's V3 KE, K1 and K2 run Creality's own Klipper forks instead.
