iOpenPod
AppManage your iPod music without iTunes
iOpenPod browses the music already on your iPod, edits metadata and playlists, and syncs folders from your computer. Its sync review lets you choose which tracks to add, update or remove before anything is written.
It supports filesystem-accessible iPod models, including classic, video and nano generations 1–7. iPod touch and shuffle are excluded. Your computer needs read and write access to the iPod; optional audio conversion also needs FFmpeg.
