Plug-inUse Ford readings in ioBroker automations
The Ford adapter adds vehicle readings to ioBroker, a home automation server. Its default FordConnect mode uses Ford's official read-only API for available battery, fuel, location and vehicle-health data.
You need a Ford developer application and an authorized connected vehicle; registration is documented as free, but a complete public per-call tariff was not found. The optional private FordPass mode has an October report of repeated and permanent account locks. This draft covers the official mode, whose access the same owner reported as stable.
