HR Bridge
AppRecord H10 runs on Android and Wear OS
HR Bridge reads H10 heart rate and RR intervals over Bluetooth and combines them with GPS data from your runs. Its Android and Wear OS apps show zones and HRV, keep recordings locally and write finished sessions to Health Connect, Android's shared health-data store.
Build the phone app and, if you want it, the Wear OS companion. Health Connect needs its own permissions. The app calculates HRV itself from the strap's intervals.
- Keep readings off Polar’s cloud
- Use readings in other apps
- Analyze recordings in your own tools
- Keep your own recording files
- Wear OS recording companion
- Run-route and split views
- Health Connect session and HRV export
