HookUtils for Huawei Health 17
Plug-inInstall saved signed faces through Huawei Health
HookUtils is a module for LSPosed, a framework that changes Android apps. It adds local HWT watch-face installation to Huawei Health and uses the official app's Bluetooth transfer path to send the file to a Huawei Watch 5.
The documented setup uses a rooted Xiaomi 8 on Android 10, LSPosed JingMatrix 1.10.2 and Huawei Health 17.0.8.300. The watch still requires a valid signature matching the file's original ID, version and content. Build the module yourself; other watch models and app versions are unverified. The source is public, but no project license was found.
