Node-RED adds a visual editor for connecting smart-home events, devices and services into automations. It can work alongside Home Assistant and use information exposed by the owner's local installation.
Install the Home Assistant community app and open its web interface to build flows. It runs on the Green itself, but complex flows and additional packages consume the hub's resources.
