AppRead engine data and save sessions on your Mac
HermesOBD shows live engine values and trouble codes in a native Mac app. It supports BLE, Wi-Fi and Classic Bluetooth serial connections, with optional CSV logging and an AI analysis link.
Build the app with Apple’s command-line tools on a Mac. The author checked live data and code reading with an Innova 3210RS on a 2005 Ford Mustang; code clearing, CSV logging and other adapters lack equivalent car testing.
- Read and clear check-engine codes
- See live engine and battery readings
- Log trips and fuel use
- CSV logging
- Optional connection to a user-run AI agent
