HelioBar
AppSee Helio heart rate in your Mac's menu bar
HelioBar reads the Helio Strap's standard Bluetooth heart-rate and battery broadcasts and shows live readings in the macOS menu bar. Its popover includes a recent heart-rate chart, session statistics, zones and a guided breathing timer.
You need macOS 26 or newer and must enable Heart Rate Push in Zepp before connecting. It does not retrieve the strap's stored history or HRV, and the downloadable app is not notarized; the README says MIT but the repository contains no license file.
- Use your readings in other apps
- Live heart-rate zones and session statistics
- Low-battery and elevated-heart-rate notifications
- Breathing timer
