Self-hostedKeep Health readings and ECG traces in SQLite
HealthRelay sends authorized iPhone HealthKit readings to a Python receiver and SQLite database you control. Its command line and read-only AI tools can query the archive, including ECG voltage samples when your Health store contains them.
The documented owner route is a signed beta or a local Xcode build, with a privately reachable receiver. Medication dose-event background sync is disabled; those records need manual sync, and clinical lab files use a separate import path.
