Health Trackers Analysis
Command lineCompare Fitbit heart rate with recorded H10 beats
Health Trackers Analysis compares recorded H10 sessions with Fitbit Air readings from the current Google Health API. It produces local tables and notebooks showing agreement and timing differences.
Setup needs its public companion logger, health dashboard database and google_api library, with your own paths and credentials. This is a single-person research workflow; Hume Band support is planned and is not included.
- Analyze recordings in your own tools
- Keep readings off Polar’s cloud
- Timing and smoothing sensitivity analysis
- Local comparison notebooks
- Preserve versions of imported files
