Command lineQuery Watch readings from your own SQLite database
Health Quantification uses a source-built iPhone app to read Apple Health and send records to a Mac over Tailscale, a private network tool. A Python command line interface queries the resulting SQLite database for sleep, vital signs, activity, workouts and ECG information.
You need Xcode, an iPhone on iOS 26.2 or newer and a Mac on the same private network. The receiver has no application-level login and must stay inside the documented private network. The README documents failed submissions for some empty data categories, and there is no public App Store release. The source is public, but no explicit reuse license was found.
