VanMoof S3/X3 for Home Assistant
Plug-inS3 or X3 lock, battery and presence in Home Assistant
ha-vanmoof is a custom integration for Home Assistant, the open-source home automation hub, installed through HACS (its community store). It talks to an S3 or X3 over Bluetooth through a local adapter or an ESPHome Bluetooth proxy, and exposes battery, odometer, speed, gear, lock and unlock, assist level, light mode, bell tone and a bell button, plus a passive in-range sensor.
It needs the bike's encryption key and user key ID. Setup can fetch them from your VanMoof account, or you can enter them by hand, and after setup it runs without VanMoof's servers. The bike must be awake and in range when you add it, and it accepts one Bluetooth connection at a time, so the phone app can block it. S5/A5, SX1/SX2 and S1/S2 are not supported.
