Plug-inArlo video, motion and archives in Home Assistant
Eisenberg connects Arlo to Home Assistant, a home automation server, using Arlo's private cloud API and event stream. It exposes live video, snapshots, motion, supported lights and sirens, and security modes. It can archive cloud clips and images to your chosen media folder.
Install it through HACS and sign into Arlo using the verification options offered by the account. Live video and basic camera status do not need Arlo Secure, while cloud clips and Arlo's person, vehicle and animal labels depend on the account's entitlements. It supports both base-station and direct-Wi-Fi cameras, but its documented hardware coverage is narrower than Aarlo's.
