Control an Easee locally over Bluetooth

This integration connects an Easee charger to Home Assistant, a home automation server, over Bluetooth. It reads session and lifetime energy and can start or stop charging, set current limits and change phase settings without an Easee account or internet connection.

You need an ESPHome Bluetooth proxy near the charger and the charger's own PIN. Charge Max is the tested model; other Easee chargers are only expected to work. The charger accepts one Bluetooth connection at a time, so local app access can compete with the integration.
