FirmwareRun solar charging and load balancing on the controller
SmartEVSE firmware runs charging control on a SmartEVSE v3 controller. It can follow solar surplus, balance available current across charge points, and expose local REST, MQTT, Modbus and OCPP interfaces.
You need compatible SmartEVSE hardware and correctly configured household meters. Upgrades from before 3.11 require particular care on sub-panel installations: the release notes require moving circuit-protection metering to the new CircuitMeter setting.
