Command lineExport health data through Garmin's own personal API
Garmin's gc-personal command line tool reads your own Garmin Connect records through the official Personal API. It prints supported health and activity data as JSON and downloads original activity files as ZIPs.
You need Python 3.12 or newer, a Garmin Connect account and a personal API key made in Connect Web. New readings still have to sync to Garmin's cloud first. It can't send workouts or courses to the watch.
