Log workouts, steps and sleep in Notion

Garmin to Notion copies your activities, personal records and, optionally, steps and sleep into Notion databases. Python scripts read Garmin's private API using saved tokens and write to Notion. A supplied GitHub Actions workflow runs it daily.

You need both accounts and the database template. The README's manual commands use older file paths, so follow the current workflow modules and check the configured timezone.
