Garmin Personal MCP lets an AI app read your Garmin Connect activities, sleep and supported wellness records. It uses Garmin's official Personal API with a key you can revoke. Its tools are read-only and include downloading the original activity file.
You need Python 3.12, uv and an AI app that supports MCP. The key expires. Anything the Personal API leaves out stays unavailable.
