Garmin Local Archive
AppKeep health charts and AI access in a local archive
Garmin Local Archive keeps your health data on your own computer, with a Windows interface, charts and an MCP service so an AI assistant can use it. It can fetch new data through Garmin Connect's private endpoints or import parts of your requested account-export ZIP.
You need Windows, plus a Garmin account for live sync or an existing export to import.
Bulk FIT import covers wellness data, not activity files. Optional weather and cloud AI features make extra network requests.
- Back up every activity and health reading
- Build your own health and training charts
- Ask your own AI about your data
- Local MCP service
- Optional local AI chat
