MCP serverAsk about training and manage Garmin workouts
Garmin MCP lets an AI app query your Garmin history. It also has tools that create or schedule workouts and edit selected account records.
It signs into Garmin's private API through the python-garminconnect package and stores a reusable token session. You need a Garmin account, Python and an MCP-compatible app (MCP is a standard for connecting AI apps to tools). Private login can fail for some accounts, and write tools need your deliberate approval.
