garmcli
Command lineExport health history and query it offline
garmcli downloads your Garmin health metrics into a local SQLite history and exports them as JSON. Once synced, you can read the history offline. Syncing uses Garmin Connect's private endpoints.
You need Python 3.12 or newer on macOS or Linux, and your system keyring to store the login. It is read-only. An empty response is logged as missing data, not proof that your watch lacks the feature.
